  • Live weekly group coaching with me in my Facebook detox group every Friday

Love yourself do the Detox!

I never thought. I would say I am grateful for a detox, but I am. My sister and I did this detox together. We were nervous and wasn't sure if we wanted to do this but we decided to do it cause we needed some help with our health issues. I am so grateful we did it!! I feel so much better! My joins feel better, I lost 18 lbs., and the best part is when I went to the Doctors to get my results from my blood work. My levels went down especially on my triglyceride went down by 1/2! I was completely shocked!! Not only did I feel the difference I saw the difference. I have learned to forgive and love myself.
Michelle is great! She was there every step of the way with encouraging, answering questions, suggestions, etc.
If you are thinking about doing this program, stop thinking and DO IT!! You will be glad you did.

Detox

It was great to do the detox. I lost up to 14 lbs, but I didn't complete the detox due to vacation and limited eating to stay on track. Michelle is great at answering any questions you have, and if you want to reset your body, mind, and soul go ahead and take the chance on this detox.
