How the Challenge Works:

  • Daily Routine:
    • Smoothies/Juices: Start and end your day with a nutrient-packed smoothie or juice.
    • Whole-Foods Meal: Enjoy a balanced meal of whole, unprocessed foods for lunch.
    • Dry Brushing: Add a daily dry brushing routine to promote lymphatic drainage, detoxification, and glowing skin.

Additional Tips:

  • Consistency: Dry brush 6 days a week for your face and at least 4 days a week for your body.
  • Listen to your body: Adjust the meal portions and ingredients as needed.
  • Hydration: Drink water throughout the day to aid digestion and detoxification.
  • Moisturize: Follow up your dry brushing routine with Healing Body Oil or your favorite moisturizer for glowing skin.

How Dry Brushing Works:

  • Face: Dry brush your face 6 days a week to stimulate circulation and exfoliate gently.
  • Body: Dry brush your body at least 4 times a week to detoxify and energize your skin.
  • Routine: Always dry brush before washing your face or body, then follow up with my skincare products to nourish and hydrate.

Daily Routine Schedule:

  1. 7:00 AM: Dry brush your face and body before your shower.
  2. 7:30 AM: Drink your morning smoothie or juice.
  3. 12:30 PM: Enjoy your whole-foods meal for lunch.
  4. 5:30 PM: Drink your evening smoothie or juice.
  5. Throughout the day: Drink water, lemon water, or herbal teas to stay hydrated.

Day 1: Hydrate & Detox

  • Morning Smoothie: Green Detox Smoothie
    • 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1 apple, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 cup coconut water.
  • Whole-Foods Meal: Quinoa Salad with Avocado & Chickpeas
    • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup chickpeas, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil.
  • Evening Smoothie: Berry Antioxidant Smoothie
    • 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup almond milk.
Dry Brush Focus
  • Instructions: Dry brush your body, starting from your feet, using long strokes toward your heart. Work up your legs, arms, and use circular motions on your stomach.
  • Follow Up: After brushing, use my Natural Oil-Based Soap Bar and soap bag to cleanse your body, and follow up with my Healing Body Oil for hydration.

Day 2: Rejuvenate & Glow

  • Morning Juice: Carrot-Orange Glow Juice
    • 3 carrots, 2 oranges, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/2 lemon.
  • Whole-Foods Meal: Lentil & Veggie Stir-Fry
    • 1/2 cup cooked lentils, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup zucchini, stir-fried with garlic and ginger.
  • Evening Smoothie: Almond Butter Banana Smoothie
    • 1 banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk.

Glow From Within (Face Routine)

  • Focus: Facial dry brushing.
  • Instructions: Start at your chin and gently brush upward with short, soft strokes. Move outward from your nose toward your ears, and brush lightly on your neck.
  • Follow Up: Cleanse your face with my Remove Cleanser, apply the Refresh Toner, and finish with the Renew Serum for a natural glow.

    Day 3: Energize & Balance

    • Morning Smoothie: Tropical Greens Smoothie
      • 1 cup kale, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup mango, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 cup coconut water.
    • Whole-Foods Meal: Sweet Potato & Black Bean Bowl
      • 1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 cup sautéed spinach, topped with avocado.
    • Evening Juice: Beet & Apple Energizer Juice
      • 1 beet, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1/2 lemon

    Detox and Recharge

    • Focus: Full-body dry brushing to support lymphatic drainage.
    • Instructions: Brush your body with firm strokes, paying attention to areas like your legs, arms, and stomach to stimulate lymphatic flow.
    • Follow Up: After brushing, use my Natural Oil-Based Soap Bar to cleanse, and finish with Healing Body Oil to lock in moisture. Don't forget to drink water to flush out toxins!

      Day 4: Detox & Restore

      • Morning Smoothie: Avocado Green Smoothie
        • 1/2 avocado, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 apple, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup coconut water.
      • Whole-Foods Meal: Chickpea & Veggie Curry
        • 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup bell peppers, simmered in coconut milk with curry spices.
      • Evening Smoothie: Strawberry-Mint Refresher
        • 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana, fresh mint leaves, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup water.

      Pamper Your Face

      • Focus: Exfoliating and detoxing your face.
      • Instructions: Dry brush your face as instructed, then apply my Detox Mask to draw out impurities.

        Day 5: Boost Your Glow

        • Morning Juice: Green Goddess Juice
          • 2 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 1/2 lemon, 1 handful spinach.

          • 2 bell peppers stuffed with quinoa, black beans, diced tomatoes, onions, and spices.
        • Evening Smoothie: Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie
          • 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 cup almond milk.

        Energize Your Body

        • Focus: Energizing dry brushing for circulation.
        • Instructions: Do a full-body dry brush in the morning, starting with your feet and moving upward. This boosts your circulation and preps you for the day.
        • Follow Up: Cleanse with my Natural Oil-Based Soap Bar and soap bag, and finish with the Healing Body Oil for long-lasting hydration.

          Day 6: Replenish & Renew

          • Morning Smoothie: Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie
            • 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup almond milk.
          *On Saturday, give your dry brushes a day of rest! Wash your brushes after your morning routine, and let them air dry. 

           

          • Whole-Foods Meal: Roasted Veggies & Quinoa
            • 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/4 cup roasted veggies (zucchini, carrots, onions, etc.), drizzled with tahini sauce.
          • Evening Juice: Cucumber & Mint Juice
            • 1 cucumber, 1/2 apple, fresh mint leaves, 1/2 lemon.

          Energize Your Body

          • Focus: Energizing dry brushing for circulation.
          • Instructions: Do a full-body dry brush in the morning, starting with your feet and moving upward. This boosts your circulation and preps you for the day.

            Day 7: Detox & Reflect

            • Optional dry fast or water fast for the whole day. Enjoy this day of self-care and reflection on how far your skin has come.

            • Whole-Foods Meal: Kale & Avocado Salad
              • 1 cup kale, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt.
            • Evening Smoothie: Banana-Turmeric Smoothie
              • 1 banana, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 cup almond milk.
