What is your shipping policy?

We ship from Utah to all of the US states. Our merchandise is in stock, we do not drop ship. All orders are processed and shipped quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working. 

What if there’s a problem with my purchase?

Reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll be happy to work things out.  We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return your item, please contact me at oceanworn@ocean-worn.com for a replacement or credit within 30 days and I'll walk you through the process.  

Returned items must be:

- Unused and in new condition
- In their original packaging

What if my product is damaged?

Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at oceanworn@ocean-worn.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!

How should I care for my products?

We hope you truly love your products and we want nothing more than for them to become staples in your health routine. Remember to keep your diffusers out of direct contact with water.  This will allow them to last for years.

To keep your diffusers sparkly and in good condition, avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions and perspiration as they'll cause problems with the look of your diffuser and cause it to wear quickly. 

What are your products made of?

Our diffusers are made with high quality clay.  We did a lot of research to make sure it will be the best quality that we could offer.  We use clay that doesn't break easily and has a smooth texture and sparkly.  

All of our earrings are made from genuine leather.  

Our Herbs, Essential Oils, and Soap products are made by Dr. Christopher's and Wholistic Botanicals.  These products contain pure, high quality ingredients.
