🌞 Morning Routine

Face Dry Brushing

  • ☐ Dry brush your face first thing in the morning

  • ☐ Do this 6 days a week

  • ☐ On day 6, wash your face brush

  • ☐ Start fresh again on Monday

Tip: Always brush gently and move upward and outward.

Cleanse + Hydrate

  • Remove Cleanser

  • Refresh Toner

  • Renew Moisturizer

Optional Morning LED Light

  • Blue light (calming, acne support)

  • White light (skin clarity & rejuvenation)


🌙 Evening Routine

Cleanse + Nourish

  • ☐ Cleanser

  • ☐ Toner

  • ☐ Moisturizer

Gua Sha (3–5x per week)

  • ☐ Apply oil or moisturizer for glide

  • ☐ Gently sculpt under eyes and along jawline

  • ☐ Focus on releasing tension (not pressure)


💡 LED Light Therapy (4–6x per week)

  • ☐ Apply moisturizer first

  • ☐ Use Red Light before bed

  • ☐ 20-minute session

Red light supports healing, circulation, and collagen production.


🧖 Clay Mud Mask (1–2x per week)

  • ☐ Use before washing in the morning
    OR

  • ☐ Use after washing at night

  • ☐ Always moisturize well afterward


🌿 Weekly Rhythm Reminder

  • Consistency > intensity
