Amazing Results!

I have never seen results this good in just 6 weeks! My motivation for doing this detox was primarily for ridding my body of toxins so my body could better absorb the nutrients in food. It is definitely intense and changed a lot of my feelings and emotions around eating and food. It is challenging but definitely doable! I was so excited about my results! I did an InBody scan at the beginning, middle, and end. I Iost a total of 15lbs, 7inches, and my body fat went from 29% to 20%! And my water levels went up! It was really motivating to know that I was actually losing fat and not water! My clothes fit so much better and some a little too big! I feel more like the real me! I’m so grateful for Shell for being there to answer all my questions! She really does give you everything you need to succeed!
