Welcome to Your Mini Detox Journey!
This 2-week detox is designed to help you reset your body, mind, and emotions. Throughout this process, you will track your progress, reflect on your emotions, and nourish yourself with whole foods and healing practices. Let’s get started!
Before You Begin
Take a moment to reflect and answer the following questions:

Week 1: Releasing & Letting Go
Focus: Let go of anything holding you back—emotionally, physically, or mentally. Release control and forgive yourself and others. This is about freeing yourself from negative emotions and embracing peace.
Days 1-3: Juice Cleanse

Drink fresh juice for 3 days. Choose 1 juice to drink for the entire 3 days (apple, carrot, grape, pure cranberry, or coconut water). To help your blood sugar stay stable, make sure you swish the juice in your mouth before swallowing and add real cinnamon to your juice.

Track your intake and note how you feel. Aim for 1 gallon of juice and 1 gallon of water.

If this feels like too much, drink green smoothies for 3 days. Only use fresh greens, berries, and lemons or limes with chia, hemp or flaxseeds).

Days 8-13: Cleansing & Detoxing

Aim for 3 bowel movements daily. ✔ Keep moving—try yoga, stretching, or a mini trampoline. ✔ Focus your thoughts on what you want to create in your life. ✔ Choose joy—everything you eat or do should come from a place of love!
