Instructions for the Three Day Juice Cleanse


On Day 1:

First thing in the morning drink:

  • 16 oz Prune Juice (this helps draw out toxins from the intestines and flush them out through the bowels).
  • Drink 8 oz of juice 30 minutes after the prune juice. This will help replenish the body after cleansing with the prune juice.

On Day 2:

First thing in the morning drink:

  • 16 oz Prune Juice (this helps draw out toxins from the intestines and flush them out through the bowels).
  • Drink 8 oz of juice 30 minutes after the prune juice. This will help replenish the body after cleansing with the prune juice.

On Day 3:

First thing in the morning drink:

  • 16 oz Prune Juice (this helps draw out toxins from the intestines and flush them out through the bowels).
  • Drink 8 oz of juice 30 minutes after the prune juice. This will help replenish the body after cleansing with the prune juice.

BONUS TIPS:


  • Drink 1 gallon of juice each day. Make sure you swish the juice in your mouth before swallowing. Drink 8 oz of juice followed by water and then repeat throughout the day.
  • If you struggle with blood sugar issues, add 1 teaspoon of pure cinnamon powder to 1 quart of juice. The cinnamon has the ability to help stabilize your blood sugars.
  • If you get really hungry toward evening, eat the whole food of what you have been drinking all day (if you are drinking apple juice, eat an apple).
  • Take 1-2 T of olive oil 3 times a day. This lubricates the bile and liver ducts.
  • You can do a castor oil fomentation if you become constipated. (Add ¼ c castor oil to a flannel cloth and put it over your liver for at least 30 minutes. Add a heat pack for deeper absorption.
  • Another constipation remedy would be to drink more prune juice, or take the Lower Bowel Formula.

This cleanse will re-alkalize your system and prepare your body for a 6-week detox. It will flush out your lymphatic system and help you quickly remove toxins.


Detoxing is not just a physical experience. It can be deeply emotional. The bowels are associated with “letting go”. Work through emotions around needing to let go, feeling like you have to let go, or feeling like you can’t let go. You can also focus on emotions around control, feeling out of control, or needing to be in control.


Pay attention to how you feel. Dive deep into why you have cravings, when you have them, and how you respond to them. Learning to listen to your body will be a HUGE help for the rest of the detox!
